#TruCapeAmapiano Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering the #TruCapeAmapiano competition, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions set out below.

1. This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of eighteen (18) years (any persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent/guardian’s permission before entering). However, the following persons are not eligible to enter: directors; members; business partners; employees; sales agents; advertising agency staff; advisors; or consultants of Tru-Cape, its associated companies, service providers, and the immediate family members of these persons (including their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, and sisters), as well as the associated companies of entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph, including holding companies and subsidiaries, their employees, agents, subsidiaries, and consultants, including main prize winners within the last 2 years.
2. The Competition dates 24 September 2024 – 29 November 2024. No entries received after the closing date will be considered.
3. Verified prize winners will receive one of the following:
   • 1 (one) of 4 (four) iPads.
4. There will only be 4 verified main prize winners.
5. Call to Entry:
   • To stand a chance to win an iPad, follow these steps:
     1. Watch: Check out our influencers’ latest posts on Instagram and TikTok.
     2. React: Post your reaction video using the hashtag  #TruCapeReaction and/or
     3. Remix: Remix the Tru-Cape rap in your own amapiano style in the #TruCapeRemix challenge.
   • Make sure to follow & tag @TruCape, and tag the campaign artist in your posts for your entry to count. Each influencer is giving away one iPad, so react or remix across their platforms for more chances to win!
6. Prize winners must allow thirty (30) days for the delivery of the prize from the end date of the competition.
7. The 4 main prize winners will be chosen through random selection.
8. Should a prize winner not respond within two weeks of notification of winning to supply prize delivery details, they will forfeit the prize. Winners will be notified via social media.
9. Tru-Cape reserves the right to choose the winners at its own discretion if needed. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize winners will be verified and notified via inbox. Each prize winner will be required to provide their physical or postal address and any other details required by Tru-Cape for delivery of the prize.
11. The prize is not transferable. No substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted, but the organizers of the Competition reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value if required.
12. Each winner may be required to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Tru-Cape to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, they will automatically be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited. The winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
13. By entering this competition, you authorize Tru-Cape to collect, store, and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing info@tru-cape.co.za.
14. Each winner may be requested to appear on television or radio, in print publications, or online sites to endorse, promote or advertise the goods and/or services of Tru-Cape. However, the winners of the Competition shall, at any time, be entitled to decline the above request.
15. Notwithstanding any provision of the Terms of Use, Tru-Cape reserves the right, without notice and acting reasonably, to terminate a person’s use of Tru-Cape social media platforms and to block or prevent the User’s access to the social media platforms and Competition. Tru-Cape may also terminate the User’s entitlement to any prize if they do not comply with any of these Terms of Use. Tru-Cape reserves the right, acting reasonably, to withdraw the Competition before any winners are notified if any circumstances beyond Tru-Cape’s reasonable control prevent or restrict Tru-Cape from conducting the Competition.

Fruit-Full iPad Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Fruit-Full iPad Giveaway, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions set out below:

1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to all South African residents over the age of eighteen (18) years. Persons under the age of eighteen (18) must have their parent or guardian’s permission before entering. The following persons are not eligible to enter: directors, members, business partners, employees, sales agents, advertising agency staff, advisors, or consultants of Tru-Cape, its associated companies, service providers, and immediate family members (including spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, and sisters). Employees of associated companies, holding companies, and subsidiaries are also excluded from entry.
2. Competition Period
   The competition runs from 1 November 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024. No entries received after midnight on 30 November 2024 will be considered.
3. How to Enter
   • Download the Fruit-Full v3 game on your mobile device via https://onelink.to/m2ayyp.
   • Reach Level 50 in the game.
   • Take a screenshot of your farm at Level 50.
   • Post the screenshot on Instagram, Facebook, or x, using the hashtag  #FruitFull. Make sure your post is public for the Organizer to view.
4. Prizes
   The verified winner will receive:
   • 1 (one) Apple iPad (exact model to be determined by Tru-Cape).
5. Winner Selection
   The winner will be chosen through random selection from all eligible entries. Should the prize winner not respond within 7 days of notification to supply their prize delivery details, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be drawn. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to submit the entry.
6. Prize Delivery
   Prize winners must allow thirty (30) days for the delivery of the prize from the end date of the competition.
7. Publicity
   By participating in the competition, entrants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes by Tru-Cape without further compensation. However, entrants may decline any media requests by notifying Tru-Cape.
8. Data Protection
   By entering this competition, you authorize Tru-Cape to collect, store, and use personal information for communication or statistical purposes. Entrants may decline marketing communication at any time by emailing info@tru-cape.co.za.
9. General
   The prize is not transferable and no substitution or assignment of the prize is permitted. Tru-Cape reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of comparable value if required.
10. Disqualification
    Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, they will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited.
11. Liability
    Tru-Cape is not responsible for any technical issues, malfunctions, or failures that may prevent an entry from being received. Tru-Cape is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to participation in the competition or the use of the prize.
12. Competition Cancellation
    Tru-Cape reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the competition before any winners are notified if any circumstances beyond Tru-Cape’s control prevent or restrict it from conducting the competition.
