Global recognition for Tru-Cape’s Amanda Fisher

Tru-Cape’s Quality Manager, Amanda Fisher has received a special commendation from one of the UK’s largest supermarkets, Tesco.
In making the Tesco Values Award, Amelia van der Leij, Source Development Manager, Africa Hub for Tesco explained: “We treat everyone how they like to be treated. No one tries harder for customers. Every little bit helps makes a big difference. To Amanda Fisher, thank you for: A comprehensive grower review which has set the standard for other suppliers and provided visibility”. adding that Fisher is always supportive of the hub’s activities and proactively communicates and shares information.
Fisher acknowledged the commendation saying: “It is a great privilege to have been recognised by Tesco. Although nothing is possible without team work. Thank you to each of our packhouses; Ceres fruit Growers and Two-a-Day Group and our Tru-Cape team for all their hard work and contributions, it has been a great U.K season.”
