Tru-Cape MTB Grabouw May 2, 2015

While there will be many technical challenges and single track (some of which was terrain covered during the recent Epic) the three routes 50km, 25km and 10km of The Tru-Cape MTB Race on Saturday, May 2 offer something for everyone.

Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing is a long-time sponsor of this race that takes riders through the forests and mountains of the apple-growing valley of Grabouw.

Route Director Gerhard Huiskens says there will be new single-track, routes through pine forests, on gravel, on sand around dams as well as on hard surfaces, calling it one of the most scenic routes available.

There will be lots to do and eat at The Grabouw Country Club for supporters and riders after their effort. Tru-Cape Marketing Director Conrad Fick says the Tru-Cape MTB serves as a major fundraiser for The Grabouw High School.
