Tru-Cape supports the 2016 Lions Karoo to Coast MTB.

Riding in Tru-Cape colours this will be marketing director Conrad Fick as well as managing director Roelf Pienaar.
Now in its 16th year, the Lions Karoo to Coast MTB Race on Sunday, September 18 remains a calendar favourite and a meaningful fundraiser for the community-supporting Lions.
Although entires for this year are already closed, substitutions are now permitted until July 25.
Tru-Cape Marketing Director, Conrad Fick, says their sponsorship of this race fits within the company’s strategy to support healthy-lifestyle events that go through apple and pear growing country, in this case The Langkloof, and support a community-based organisation like Lions. “We hope you will join Tru-Cape in cheering on the 4000 participants on their 100km off-road route from Uniondale to Knysna via the Prince Alfred’s Pass. I look forward to being in the race with our MD Roelf Pienaar and a number of our Cape town team,” Fick ends.
As the largest marketer of South African apples and pears, Tru-Cape is responsible for the livelihoods of over 15,200 people.
