Here’s to the pear

Just in case you thought our affections were for apples only, there is a great article about not overlooking the pear that is really worth reading.

And there are so many excellent recipes for pear dishes I thought I’d share this easy one from Food24.com, it is called a Fancy chocolate and pear cake with marshmallow but, in fact, it is really easy to make. Here’s the link to the recipe.
